Full Body “Express workout”

I like to have a certain mindset when I exercise. I like to key on certain things, and I have theories on why I do things. It’s not just moving the weights up and down.
Full Body “Express” Blood flow Workout.

This works great if you haven’t worked out in a while, want to be efficient, or are just starting out. It’s great for getting the blood pumping through your entire body. The idea is to get the blood pumping into the legs first, then the entire upper body, and then finally back to the lower body again with the cardio. I think of it as a great way to get the blood “splashing around” up and down your body. I feel it is also great for the lymphatic system.

  1. I’ve never heard that theory of having the “blood splashing around” etc. Makes sense I guess. I might try this but add a couple more sets on a few things.
