Soul Building Fitness is a Fitness and Lifestyle blog unlike any other. Our goal is to inspire people and bring awareness to the fact that we believe Fitness can change the life of someone who is suffering from any number of things, especially those suffering from mental illness and addiction. Exercise doesn’t just involve building muscle, increasing strength and conditioning, and losing fat. Exercise is also good for the SOUL and mind. The editor is someone who is very familiar with Trauma and Stressor related Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Personality Disorders and other issues that will be discussed in this blog. We feel that certain things can be processed in the mind during healthy-intense-controlled-physical exertion. Many years ago, someone gifted him with a gym membership. He started intense weightlifting and cardiovascular training, and from then on, health and fitness were all he could think of. It became a way of life. In fact, health and fitness saved his life, and he is now a certified Personal Trainer. Anyone can benefit from health & fitness, and we believe a damaged soul, body and mind can be rebuilt through the power of intense muscular contractions and cardiovascular exercise.
