Blog

The purpose of this blog is to raise awareness for Mental Illnesses and/or Addiction and inspire those suffering to live a fuller and healthier life through Health and Fitness. We advocate for all types of physical fitness, and anyone can benefit from healthy living, but you’ll find a wealth of information and resources on this site regarding the connection between exercise and mental health, particularly intense weightlifting and cardiovascular training. We’ll post articles, blogs, and links to other resources which we believe are beneficial and in line with our goals. We’ll be posting about how applying certain training principles can help bring about an instant boost of positive chemicals which can help you deal with many mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Ptsd, Personality disorders, and others, as well as dug & alcohol addiction. We’ll share our fitness routines based on different goals, as well as talk about how keying on certain things during exercise can directly improve your mental health while providing a healthy alternative to drug & alcohol use. We may also post, from time to time, about other topics and current affairs. Thank you for stopping by.
